Navamsa (D9) meaning in Vedic astrology: marriage chart

The navamsa is one of the divisional charts (vargas), smaller charts derived from the birth chart. Each divisional chart has its own subject: for example, the D-10 (dasamsa) covers career.

According to the table of P.V.R. Narasimha Rao (PVR), the navamsa shows marriage and everything related to the spouse, dharma (duty and righteousness), interaction with other people, basic skills and the inner self.

Skybond uses the D9 for questions of commitment and marriage.
