1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Skybond ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

The sign-in screen links to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. By continuing with Apple, Google, or an email one-time passcode you agree to these Terms.

The Service is operated by Akshay Dhiman, an individual operating under the laws of India ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: [email protected]. Support: [email protected].

2. Description of the Service

Skybond is a personal guidance application for iOS and the web that:

Computes natal (birth) charts from your birth date, time, and place via a third-party computation service, with additional rendering on your device
Uses AI language models to generate personalised guidance based on your chart
Provides daily and timing-based content drawn from current patterns in your chart
Offers relationship compatibility analysis ("Bonds") between two individuals
Allows you to ask life and relationship questions answered by AI

The Service is provided for personal reflection, cultural exploration, and entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Skybond. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Account

You access Skybond with Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email one-time passcode. You are responsible for the security of the Apple ID, Google account, or email inbox you use.
If you use Hide My Email with Sign in with Apple, the relay address Apple provides is the email we associate with your account.
You must not share your session credentials or allow others to use your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile. Deletion erases the personal data we hold, as described in our Privacy Policy. It does not cancel Skybond+. Cancel an App Store plan with Apple. Cancel a web plan from Billing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security measures, rate limits, or access controls
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where applicable law allows
Access the API at a volume or frequency that unreasonably impairs performance or constitutes abusive automated access
Submit false, misleading, harassing, or harmful content via the Ask feature
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Collect or harvest data about other users

6. Third-Party Personal Data (Bonds Feature)

Bonds let you explore compatibility with another person — by inviting someone who uses Skybond, or by entering their birth details yourself. By doing either, you agree that:

You have obtained the explicit, informed consent of that individual to process their personal data on Skybond — including when you invite them by email or enter their birth details on their behalf.
You will promptly delete the Bond or cancel the invitation — and thereby remove that person's data — if they withdraw their consent.
You accept full legal responsibility for compliance with any applicable privacy laws with respect to that individual's data.
You will indemnify and hold harmless Akshay Dhiman from any claims, penalties, or liabilities arising from your failure to obtain or maintain proper consent.

7. AI and Guidance Disclaimer

8. Intellectual Property

All software, infrastructure configuration, prompt designs, and Service branding are the property of Akshay Dhiman. All rights reserved.
AI-generated content produced for your account is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute or commercialise it.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your birth data and submitted questions solely to provide and improve the Service.
You retain ownership of the personal data you provide.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party services, including:

Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store billing, push notifications, and Maps place search)
Google (sign-in, if you choose it)
Razorpay (web subscription billing in India)
PayPal (international web subscription billing)
Cloudflare (infrastructure, analytics, and AI routing)
Our chart-computation service
AI model providers reached through Cloudflare AI Gateway

Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Purchases made on the web are also governed by Razorpay's Terms of Use or the PayPal User Agreement, depending on how you pay.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
Defects will be corrected
The Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or harmful components

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

AKSHAY DHIMAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ₹500 INR (FIVE HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Akshay Dhiman from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:

Your use of or access to the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third party's rights, including entering personal data of a third party without their consent

13. Subscriptions (Skybond+)

Title: Skybond+ Plans: auto-renewing monthly and yearly Skybond+. On iPhone these are App Store purchases. On the web, customers in India pay Razorpay in Indian rupees (UPI and cards). International customers may subscribe with PayPal. Price: on iPhone, shown in the app for your Apple storefront and confirmed on Apple's purchase sheet. On the web: ₹299 a month or ₹1,499 a year through Razorpay, or $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year through PayPal, shown before you pay. PayPal may convert to your currency. Prices may change. Free trial: if offered, one week on auto-renewing Razorpay and PayPal plans. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a paid plan.

Skybond+ unlocks daily Today and timing guidance, the full Self journey, unlimited bonds, and daily Ask questions beyond the free previews. Transit articles are included on every account and are not a subscription feature. A limited free plan remains available without a subscription. Free previews and limits may change.

On iPhone, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
On the web, Razorpay or PayPal charges your chosen payment method at confirmation, or when a trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
On iPhone, your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from Profile in the iOS app. Restore Purchases re-links an Apple purchase to your Skybond account.
On the web, cancel from Billing on getskybond.com. That stops auto-renewal at the end of the current period.
Deleting your Skybond account does not cancel auto-renewal. Cancel with Apple or from Billing as described above.

14. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice
Change features, pricing, or these Terms

We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

By you: You may terminate your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account. Termination will result in permanent deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy. Cancel Skybond+ separately with Apple or from Billing if you subscribe.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. We will notify you where reasonably practicable.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.

If you are a consumer resident in India, you may also raise a complaint with the relevant consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

17. General

Entire agreement: These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the AI Disclaimer constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. App Store purchases are also subject to Apple's terms described in Section 9. Web purchases are also subject to Razorpay's or PayPal's terms described in Section 9.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
