What you believed is up for review

Something you were sure about is starting to look different. Not wrong, exactly. Just less finished than it seemed a month ago.

That is a distortion, not a revelation. The daily friction is real, but it is not evidence about your whole life.

What tends to help now is revisiting rather than deciding. Reread the book that changed your mind once. Reconnect with the person who taught you something important, even if you have drifted. Go back to a place or practice that used to give you meaning and see if it still does. Old threads are not dead ends right now — they are the fastest route to what is actually true for you.

One thing to watch: this is a poor season for locking in permanent positions. If someone challenges a view you hold, your instinct is to smooth it over or win the argument. Try neither. Say 'let me sit with that.' The views you refine now will be sturdier than the ones you defend.

This also reaches into how you learn and communicate day to day. Conversations may circle back to old subjects. A skill you set aside wants picking up again, perhaps with a different approach this time. Curiosity that feels like regression is usually refinement in disguise.

The practical posture for these months is simple and not easy: hold your beliefs loosely, your routines kindly, and your conclusions provisionally. You are not losing your worldview. You are upgrading it from something you were handed into something you chose.

By the time this slow turn completes, you will not have new answers so much as better questions. That is not a consolation prize. That is the whole point.
