This is the stretch of life where those habits become too visible to ignore.

Some connections will grow with you. Some will find the new shape of you inconvenient. Both responses are information, and neither requires you to apologize for expanding.

What wants to come through you

There is a creative current running underneath all of this. Things you make, ideas you play with, projects that are purely yours — these carry more charge than usual. What you create right now tends to have a personal signature on it, something unmistakably you, and that is not a flaw to edit out.
