Here's what helps: notice when you're performing conviction versus actually holding it. The first feels hot and fast and gets applause. The second feels lonelier, slower, and doesn't post well. Choose the second when you can.

Let your questions stay open longer than you want to. The discomfort of not knowing yet — that's the real work right now. Not the answer you arrive at, but the integrity you build by refusing to pretend you've arrived.
