Something beneath the surface is about to speak

This quality of movement — quick, curious, unafraid of shadow — does not linger. It is here and then it moves on. That is the teaching. Depth work does not always require years of slow excavation. You do not need to force anything. The information will surface. Your job is to not look away when it does. To let yourself be changed by what you find rather than immediately explaining it away or filing it under 'deal with later.' Later has a way of becoming never.
